The role of the Brand Manager Germany is to manage, develop and implement the Brand strategic growth within the market regarding the guidance coming from Headquarters. The Brand Manager role is located near Frankfurt. 

Retail & Sales:

  • Development of the Retail Network in the country in close collaboration with the Retail Manager
  • Achieve agreed sales and market share targets for the Brand
  • Establish and meet sales and expense budgets and plan future strategies
  • Establish an effective distribution plan

Marketing:

  • Take control of all marketing concepts in line with the worldwide strategies
  • Prepare and implement the Marketing and Communications plans
  • Retail Development
  • Real estate negotiation
  • Find best locations for the POS following Headquarter guidelines
  • Supervision of the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines

Brand:

  • Implement the pricing of products according to the international pricing policy of the Brand and in line with the local Group policy for Germany.
  • Full P & L responsibility for the Brand in Germany and within International guidelines.
  • Implement the corporate and international procedures within the Brand.
  • Regular reporting of key performance indicators for the Brand and an analysis of position and strategy to be provided to HQ and the Germany Country Manager.
  • Day to day management of the Brand team.
Your profile: 
  • The successful candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, be action oriented and have the enthusiasm to drive results. 
  • In this position you will need to be persuasive, have strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You are capable of motivating and leading a team.
  • You feel comfortable within a matrix structure and multiple reporting lines.
  • You have 2-5 years’ experience (more years welcome) in a similar position, particularly as a Brand Manager. You are strong in consolidating numbers and figures. You are a fluent German speaker and fluent in English.
