The company provides software-as-a-service subscriptions  (SaaS) that allows their customers to measure and monitor Web and mobile sites & applications without having to maintain hardware or software.


My client provides an end-to-end platform for planning, testing, and monitoring of mobile apps (and web apps) to ensure quality, performance and uptime of your products and services as you extend your business to the mobile channel. 

Their products enable mobile companies to transform their products into the ultimate user experience by providing:

  • Pre-launch testing capabilities that help deliver content (games, applications, portals, etc.) to market faster, cheaper, and with higher quality.
  • Pre-sales marketing and educational tools, so that consumers fully understand the wealth of applications and features available, and can actually try them out before purchasing.
  • Post-sales support tools to better support existing customers and their purchased products.
  • Ongoing monitoring and testing tools to ensure applications continue to perform throughout the life-cycle.

The Sales & Business Development Manager Mobile EMEA, reporting to the Regional VP EMEA, is responsible for selling specific software and services product solutions that address client's business needs and delivers client value. Candidate must be capable of being self sufficient in demo and RFI/RFP delivery to clients with appropriate training from technical resources.

The candidate must be a self starter and able to operate daily operations while working remote from core team members. Entrepreneurial thinker with broad understanding of business, sales and technology delivery and how to apply in different organizations or vertical markets. Maintains strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations within a set of named Integrated and Aligned accounts across various vertical markets including Communications, Financial, Healthcare, Transportation, Web and Technology .

He/she thoroughly understands the client's business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues. Collaborates with product and services team to create solutions which are tailored to client's business needs and integrates into the overall client capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition. Understands and navigates organizations to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution and sponsorship for the business needs.

Your primary activities will consist of prospecting, getting appointments, making sales presentations and delivering proposals to existing and new clients. The compensation package includes a base plus commission associated with sales objectives.

Your profile: 
  • Multiple years of successful sales of Mobile, Telecoms and/or Internet related professional services.
  • Relevant technical knowledge of mobile / web technologies.
  • Experience in consultative selling to senior executives and managing these relationships
  • Partnership, channels and business development experience is highly desirable.
  • History of new client acquisition and growing business from existing accounts.
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding client business needs and translating those needs into appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to leverage personal and professional networks.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Mobile and/or Internet application testing, performance monitoring, and Web acceleration products/services is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Willingness to travel 35-50% throughout the EMEA region.
  • Business fluency in two or more major European languages.

Salary depends on experience.
