Position Summary

The Field Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving awareness and demand through field marketing programs to create a high quality pipeline of revenue opportunities that will enable us to meet or exceed the revenue goals for Russia & CIS. The Field Marketing Manager role is tasked with developing Marketing plans and driving high touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle via multiple touch points, and build customer intimacy and preference. The position supports the regional sales team, and includes direct and channels-led go-to-market efforts.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Overall ownership of field marketing programs, from rollout to completion. Understand field needs, define programs and success measurements, ensure alignment with regional and EMEA business objectives, and coordinate /deliver execution of all aspects at regional level.
  • Responsible for the development of an integrated, coordinated marketing plan across RU & CIS that aligns with the sales goals of the regional sales team.
  • Planning and roll-out of all awareness and demand programs across RU & CIS, managing the marketing mix of programs to support the needs of sales.
  • Work with Channels and Alliance teams to implement joint partner campaigns.
  • Management of regional marketing budget and coop funds allocation.
  • Tracking program results, measuring program success, reporting meaningful metrics that reflect true ROI and facilitate future marketing investment decisions.
  • Liaise with EMEA marketing teams to ensure alignment with EMEA and global initiatives.
  • “Localize” EMEA programs, tools, and resources to maximize effectiveness in local markets.
  • Management of local marketing agencies, general administrative marketing tasks.
Your profile: 

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)

  • Fluent written and spoken Russian, excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong team player with a proven track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with driving integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns.
  • Background in B2B / Enterprise marketing with either (prefered) strong solutions / IT Infrastructrure / Networking or Software experience
  • Channels marketing and Alliance Marketing experience.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong “can do” attitude and leading by example.
  • Some travel required, no more than 20%. 

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • Professional qualifications and experience in the IT industry.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise marketing experience in RU & CIS, with field marketing background in high tech.
