Your Responsibilities:

  • First-level contact for support enquiries.
  • Classification and processing of the enquiries and error messages, analysis of causes and prompt problem solving. 
  • Monitoring of the helpdesk system.
  • Setting up and administration of roles, rights, master data and equipment. 
  • Documentation and training for optimisation and new developments.
Your profile: 
  • Training or experience as an IT specialist (preferably for application development) or equivalent professional qualification. 
  • Practical experience with telephone support /user help desk Service-orientation and good communication skills 
  • Experience with an ERP system and MS SQL is an advantage, but not essential
  • Programming experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of written/spoken English. German & French of advantage, but not essential. 
  • Good knowledge in MS Office environment
